A brief introduction...Ken Sethney is an internet strategy coach and marketing consultant. He encourages a fully integrated approach to marketing, sales and customer service -- one that uses the internet as a tool to create new business opportunities and improve relationships with customers, employees and channel partners. Ken has a long and varied background in marketing strategy and communications. Starting as a copywriter and creative director for a Newport Beach advertising agency, he started his own agency which added online communication to traditional media as early as 1994. He has worked with clients in real estate development, financial services, healthcare, publishing, manufacturing, distribution, software development and a wide range of professional services. As an internet strategy coach, Ken works with CEOs and senior managers of established companies who wish to plan and implement successful marketing strategies, online or off.
